Our mentorship scheme aims to:
Provide young adults (18-30; from racialised/disadvantaged backgrounds) with an opportunity to tap into a direct source of experience and knowledge.
Empower young adults to make better life choices and support their self development.
Support young adults to approach new opportunities and challenges with self-confidence and drive.
Support young adults to be able to formulate a clear sense of personal direction.
